App jumpy on android. Accidentally requested a shift because while scrolling request button froze under my finger and the shift was requested that I didn't want. There is NO "are you sure?" Prompt. It just goes through. Despite immediately cancelling and explaining what happened, I lost my 100% reliability rating. Not fair that hospitals aren't penalized for cancelling shifts like techs are, nor are they pushed to review us like we have to to get paid. Several shifts done, only 1 review.

would prefer the ability to offer partial shifts. Sometimes the days offered are all day, when I could offer 1-8 or 7-3, and would be willing to adjust the cost to accommodate

If I block a hospital I want it to stay blocked, I don't want to have to do it every time I search for shifts.

I've found the way hospital to rate the vet to be unfair and give me a bad taste. because I learned to beware of hospitals who could have avoided "bad fits" by actually reading the profile of the vet; that or in the very least respond to msgs sent from said vet prior to the shift. also on top of that, straight up lying about the stated terms of the shift, drop offs, etc. the effect of a bad review on the hospital's score is nothing vs what it does to the vet, one human destroyed by a toxic corp
