l tried sending money via this application . It was a disaster the application opens with a recipient pre selected and does not prompt you to change the recipient. often money is wired in error or receipt often cannot find funds. customer service robot chat is all you get to resolve error. limited live support not helpful. Roy in support suggested the receipt problem. once your bank account is debited for the remittance hold your breath that it gets to the intended. refunds are impossible.

Don't even try using this platform! Your fund transfer will take so much time and their customer service is no help either. they hold your money for no reason! worst money transfer ever!!!

Sendwave is my daily transfer app, now they are starting to charge fees . up to 4 dollar. i might reconsider.

2025 worst transfer app used till date. Couldn't give a lower rating. Sending money to my own account back home. Been 4 days and still getting security clearance and processing. The chat bot you are referring to is no use. It's just plain pathetic service. Thanks to god I just did a demo transfer. Never again. Just refund the money. You are no use.

I have been using send wave for 4 years I've watched logo changes it has been a great user experience however. today I was prompted to re-identify myself and I went through the motions and the screen just goes black telling me I have some type of error unexpected error and I'm no longer can use my app I don't know what's wrong there's no help with this situation there's no online website where I can still continue to do business. so for a lack of customer service real or otherwise you get 1⭐
