app doesn't even open. says "having technical difficulties try back later". have tried numerous times over several weeks and it never opens

This app is a scam. I had an acct and when it wouldn't scan an item in the store I contacted the site to fix the problem and the agent told me I was using barcodes from the internet. Online shopping doesn't have barcodes and I never did that. I explained that in an email only to be removed from the site and monies I had earned was never given back to me. I use a lot of the apps, Fetch is the absolute best and all have paid this one let's you shop them kicks you out. You've been warned!!
