ordered my pictures and only had to pay for shipping. this was awesome. I'm happy with my other orders as well, and they arrived fast. my Christmas cards were awesome.

I had much difficulty entering and navigating through designing my book gift to my sister for her 83rd birthday. I wanted to choose the format myself and by the time I finished (took me a few days π΅βπ«π΅π₯΄) I maneuvered to finish by the sale deline by just a few minutes. it was not as difficult as I thought but my 81 yr old brain just ain't what it used to be. I am confident that I've learned how π€ and can tackle designing another book in the near future as long as Shutterfly doesn't change

Good design but doesn't work well. I recently ordered about 30 prints via the app (some that were already in the cart and some that I had newly added). I was only sent the ones that were previously in the cart. There is no way to tell which photos were selected in the purchased area or in my emails. I'm disappointed I spent so much time adding and cropping them in the app (not including the money spent) and didn't get what I sent in.
