Unreliable. the app itself doesn't warn you when you need to reenter your details. then the scanner doesn't work properly when you use it. you should not trust an app that gives you no warning and makes it so you cant rely on their service

STAY AWAY. I have rented vehicles from many other places over 20 years and have never damaged a vehicle that ive rented. I rent from their denver location for the first time and drove carefully probably 45 miles maxed and returned the vehicle in perfect condition and now they are saying I owe for damages? the way they have their lot packed with cars makes me think someone their damaged the door and now I have to pay?!! what a joke.
