Been struggling to verify my account for the past 30 days. The apps verification process doesn't allow you to capture the back side of your ID and when they reject your documents the stupid app will notify you that you didn't upload your back side of your ID. They take days to respond which makes everything worse about this app. Honestly just go use binace or something.

The app is totally a scam. I sent 400 dollars to someone in the state After he received the money they restricted his Account when he called they told him the money was fraudulent so they are doing an investigation I mean how ๐Ÿค” till now my money hasn't returned to my account if the suspect is fraudulent money why can they refund the money to the sender ....now are they defending the sender or the receiver? I sent them several emails no response Secondly, their chargers are high
