28/10: WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU?? USELESS STUPID APP. UPDATE: New app update is a massive step back. Why no widget?? No longer allows me to adjust volume outside of the app. Very sluggish to access the app. NEW: no longer autoplays 'top tracks' of an artist. No longer enables me to properly access the Beam if I'm watching TV and not listening to music. The previous app version was bang average but functional. Mental.

pretty bad experience: random errors during setup at every stage even while following the instructions to a T. It's soooo unnecessarily complicated – loads of unnecessary steps. Really, you *need* a temporary wifi connect to let me listen to some Steely Dan? and then that connect doesn't work of course so you start over with a reset. Embarrassing.

this new ap sucks. This system was supposed to be plug & play. But it isnt. I camt even get the TV sound and the arc to sync properly. Yes, I have used the supplied sound sync in the ap.... No luck. So frustrating!

Constant usability issues with this app. It constantly times out, stops being able to find music or control the Sonos speakers. I had issues on iOS and I'm having even more issues on Android now. I still have a couple Sonos speakers in my house but am replacing all of them with anything but Sonos. The experience is awful.
