horrible business practices. I've been using this app for years, but YESTERDAY, somehow, a tip was automatically added that I DID NOT APPROVE. it showed up on my bank statement 24hrs after my appointment. I usually tip cash, so this tip being added automatically from my card without my knowledge is concerning.

my 1st time using the app. I booked appointment last night for my mother and I for her birthday. I was charged over $500. However, it is 1.5 hours before requested schedule. there is not a therapist available/assigned. I was advised to cancel or reschedule. I've canceled the appointment. I would like a refund for services not rendered? I have reached out to support. But I have not recieved anything but automated replies. Can Someone please assist me? I am very disappointed I feel scammed.

App is fine, massage therapists have been great, soothe itself is not good. after wasting an hour trying to contact them because of an error on their website they had to cancel and rebook our appointment to fix the issue which meant switching therapists and the poor woman who was on our original reservation is out that money because soothe screwed her over. If you book in advance they'll continually be placing new holds on your card and it's obnoxious- just charge the card.

App is messed up. Forced me to reset password on Google account oauth. Popup blocked the screen and wouldn't go away. I don't know the current password because the whole point of using your Google account is so you don't have to create a new one.

They hooked me up with a massage therapist in California when I live in Virginia!! Pissed!! Don't recommend at all!!
