Love the airline, have to downgrade the app! I can no longer add my flights to my Google calendar. I get a 'calendar could not be found. Make sure you are logged into an account and have a calendar app installed.' I'm pretty sure I'm logged into my Google account (or my Android phone wouldn't work!) and that Google Calendar is indeed installed on my Android phone!!! Normally I would consider ๐
appts a minor feature, but this is a TRAVEL app!!!!

fix app can not reopen boarding pass after being scanned at the gate. error 1001.

The app doesn't even open on Android, making it useless. This is a classic result of poor management decisions to hire the cheapest developers. It's rare to see an airline app with so many bad reviews.

Not sure why this app has such a high rating. It seems to completely forget my booking everytime so I have to retype the confirmation number everytime I want to view my trip information such as boarding pass. Why can it not be added to "my trips"? Also, cannot autofill credit card information.

Probably the second worst airline app out there. Half the time the app gives me a "something went wrong" with an arbitrary error code that doesn't make sense to support when you contact them. You can tell technology is Southwest's achilles here. App is slow to load, PayPal never works when checking out, and hasn't for 2 years now. Flex Pay works half the time. They normally charge my card or PayPal too many times, so I have to dispute it. Just an overall bad experience and a huge headache.

Why do I have to keep putting in my name and confirmation number every time I want to check the status of a checked bag? why is that attached to my boarding pass somehow? Delta can do it

last 5 flights we took were delayed. Southwest stop sucking.
