After installation it works, but after a while it start crashing as soon as I start It and the only way to make It work again Is uninstalling and re-installing again. And the cycle repeats.

this app is always bugged updating firmware is a huge hassle and my spark mini has been pretty much unusable since Ive bought it three years ago. none of your guys tutorials are very helpful there's way more issues that happen when trying to update that you guys do not address plus there's no way to get real time tech support you have to wait 3-5 business days to get a response when the time you have to do it is when your trying to flipping get it done its not going to be 3-5 buisness days later

The app is actually quite good. Since changing my phone it no longer connects to my spark2. Please fix the app.
