The volume during commercials on every station gets twice as loud as the show or movie I'm watching. I'm pretty sure the FCC made this practice ILLEGAL several years ago

10/25/2025 Refuses to connect when I'm on home internet wifi (ATT Uverse) but connects when I'm on cellular data. STUPID! 11/10/2024 update. Can not log in no matter what. Keeps telling me to reset my password. I KNOW MY PASSWORD! I successfully logged into MySpectrum no problem. 07/27/2024 update now defaults to sound muted every time I open app and no setting to change it 04/09/2024 Suddenly this afternoon logged me out and won't let me log back in. Keeps telling me to reset my password.
