Was looking forward to my birthday drink as I have often gotten Starbucks this past year. Since I do one stop Target pickup with Starbucks order, they don't count that. The accounts/apps should link or you should not refuse the once a year celebration drink. I use the Starbucks app so I can customize and have my drink ready. It's pointless if the baristas keep making drinks how THEY want it instead of how I ordered it. Thus is an every other time thing and any location I've used.
