I really enjoyed their service. The app is easy to use, directions to the storages are clear, and prices are fair. I even left my luggage for about 6 days, which made me worried that something would be missing, but when I picked up, everything was there. I also really appreciate how their pick-up/drop-off hours work as they're very flexible. I highly recommend it!

The worst experience. This app will suggest the storage place which isn't in service. No cancellation function in the app nor live support. I was charged full cost for the luggage I was never able to checked in.
