It showed me the incorrect style i picked all black no patterns and still picked colorful attire would not recomend at all

HORRIBLE customer service! Either they don't give a dam or aren't capable of doing their job! And their "return process" is a SCAM! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY - like I did for too long! I had spent $1000s with this company for them to screw me over and over again! I'm contacting the BBB for their actions!

Loved the stylingβI actually found my style But donβt get the box. I asked for under $50, and they sent stuff up to $200. Iβm a college student, not made of money. Plus-size options? Barely there. Most tops didnβt fit my chest, even though I flagged that. My advice: take the quiz, cancel, and thrift or Shein it. Youβll get better fits, better prices, and way less frustration.

I think it's scummy to force people to set up an order before they're able to get into the app/website. I also dislike services that have little to no human customer support. I unfortunately, will not be receiving the clothes I was forced to order since I can't update my address and thankfully, I will not be paying for said clothes since I cannot update my payment info. There is no way to cancel my order apparently so I hope whoever receives that FIX likes it. It's on the house I guess...

terrible. and the hold you hostage and don't let you cancel or delete your account. I've spoken with live chat agent and they say okay then still keep trying to send items. I've emailed them and got no response on deleting account. terrible app/and company to do business with they will never get any money from me. I don't like how they keep you here and no one to talk to

Be honest with your customers.... if you cannot afford other payment options ( like afterpay, Affirm) don't post them on your app and website.

the app just says "welcome back" but doesnt let me do anything else even when I try redownloading and resetting.

your app is a good idea but I spend way too much time initially feeding the information to the app about what I like and what I don't like and not enough time actually looking at clothes will really wear
