both of the online ordering options have been broken for a long time, and its frustrating. normal payment methods don't work, only google pay. frequently, it says that stores are out of stock on entire sandwiches that they simply are not out of stock on. the website has the same issues, if not worse.

I'm done with Subway. They've missed over 15 orders from me, simply due to their incomptence and lack of respect for their customers. Their app doesn't work, gives errors. The website doesn't work, gives errors. Over a year of the same issues. Subway doesn't care, gives errors. Thanks for for brief time we had. Stick to Charlie's, Firehouse, Jimmy Johns, and Jersey Mike's. They, all, work.

I am so sick and tired of dealing with this awful app. They redesign it every 6 months. They make you log in every single time you open the app, and you have to use BIOMETRIC to unlock. This isn't my bank, it's SUBWAY! On top of that, ordering is super unreliable and good LUCK applying a coupon code. had a deal in the app and I'd click '+' for it to say "congrats, deal applied!" and then the deal wouldn't apply to my cart. I'd rather go in person or go to Jersey Mike's, this is a ridiculous app.

Fix your app! There's so many bugs, cart gets empty randomly, and I can't use some deals because the drink selections are wrong! You don't serve coke! Update your drinks to the pepsi family since you got rid of the coke family drinks! All of these silly updates and you can't fix your cart, deals, and drink bugs! Read the reviews!!

Do not download this app, it's unusably bad. Subway should be ashamed of themselves for their online and mobile ordering platforms, as both are utterly archaic in their implementation and stability. 1 star out of 100.
