Almost 5years πŸ₯³ The team continuously takes on the ground feedback : my 20-23 suggestions hv bn used in upgrades. Fantastic job Sweat! My hopes for 2023/24. 1) ability to toggle between sets when equipment's not available. e.g I skip to Pyramids 2 then go back to Pyramid 1. 2) ability to save a program & use if offline for 30days. I know you can do it SWEAT πŸ’ͺ🏽

You get an app use either for $134.99 a year with no trial at a savings of 55% charged at once or you get the trial period of 7 days and a monthly charge. I'm going with neither of these options( a trial period would have been nice though, before plunging into a FULL charge of $134.99 per year) and picking another app with better choices! Thank you, Erin :-)

I'm a man using this app (my ex got me into it) - while this app is obviously designed for women, I've found it to be very well designed and have been a subscriber for years. Keep up the great work!

The app is amazing the only issue is the programs go with the days of the week, which means by the time the week ends my program moves to week 2. which means I loose my progress.

Its a great app.. Ive been having great muscle gains/good results visually.. Ive been clearer minded since working out and taking care of myself better.. Ive been doing the 'Strength at Home' program because I have lots of workout supplies at home.. It's really well laid out for you but they have lots of options for gym workouts as well.. and you can substitute excersizes if you aren't feeling it that particular excersize thatday. I've had good experience with customer service as well. thanks!

I have been on and off Sweat for many years it is great to see how much it has evolved now including a huge variety of programs. The titles and descriptions of the programs could be a bit more descriptive because it is easy to get overwhelmed by the similar titles and the many options to choose from. The main downside for me is that I can never fully commit to it for more than a few months, despite the great structure of most programs. Maybe it is because I am not into the gifs loops, not sure.
