The push notifications for Android don't work. I've updated the app. Checked device and app settings. Nothing. Works on iPhone.

they updated the app recently and now every few days it forgets all my devices and I have to add them through this laborious manual process. major downgrade.

One button control for the bot, BUT, the button is very small compared to the rest of control panel, so very easily you trigger the bot configuration instead of operating the bot. Why was it made difficult to operate which is most of the cases using this app? Isn't configuration supposed to be done once and then forgotten?

Reported this issue a year+ ago, spent PLENTY time emailing back and forth with your support team already... and STILL do NOT receive notifications when any of the device batteries are low or are dead. Just stop working with no indication of why. No, I will not deal with support again. Just fix the app issues.

I've been looking at their curtains automation for some time and decided to try the bluetooth temperature meter without a hub before splurging. This app has made me decide to look elsewhere. I recently changed phone, the meter connect to my new phone but they won’t show the current temperature, just historical data that loads slowly. Also, your historical data isn’t stored in the cloud AND you can’t transfer it to your new phone, so you lose it when you change.
