Not easy to navigate at all! Constantly changing the app. Seems to be pushing more ads and upgrades then keeping it easy to use and find your actual account and benefits. Scam Shield and Visual voicemail seems to have "poof" and disappeared. I'm starting to regret ever changing over to T-Mobile
