Worst food app period. It charges about 160% of the cost for delivery and automatically downgrades items not available without reducing the price. I decided to give it a second try as I completely forgot how terrible everything was, even for Taco Bell, but they charged me and refused to make my food or schedule said delivery. There is no way to cancel my order, speak with a rep or even a bot. This is a new low, even for fast food. I now have to actually report the fraud to my bank

I don't write reviews often, but this is ridiculous. I wanted to use my birthday reward before it expired, as well as try some of the online exclusive items, but it wouldn't let me check out and still charged my card every time I attempted to. A lot of reviews I'm seeing are saying the same thing. FIX. YOUR. APP!

cart/basket issues. when changing location, check out button does not show up. Most likely dumb OLO issues with ordering.

EDIT 2: I came back just to be disappointed again! it's even more expensive! Just the delivery fee and taxes total costs as much as a quesidilla! All these delivery apps are horrible! ||| ||| EDIT: The app no longer works!! It won't accept any payment! The food was okay, I'm not sure I'd order again. While it's cheaper than the usual apps people use to order food, it's still too pricey, sorry. Not for me.

I'll start this with saying maybe I'm just not very smart, but I expect an app using my location to go to the store closest to me. It decided to send it to a store an hour away. I realize 20 minutes later when I go to the store and they can't find my order in the system. This isn't the first time it's happened. This happened at 7 pm. Customer service is only opened Monday through Friday, and they're not open this late. I'm not sure if I'll get my refund.
