Nothing better than standing in front of the door reopening the app several times to get it to open.

glitchy and unreliable bridge connection for remote access

Widget stopped working, can't open nor close door. App does not inform about low battery level. Worst behavioir with each update. For the third time battery drained, lock won't unlock and there were no alerts nor notifocations regarding low battery. But the difference now was that the batteries were 2.9V so should work but locked could not do a full rotation

Great app and product. Wish there was a little more support with Samsung smartthings and or matter for automation, but seems to be something they're working on and making progress with.

incredibly frustrating device. it constantly losses connection and remote access.

It always makes you wait at least 5 min in front of the door because you are "out of range". Absolute waste of time
