Critical shipping issue; support is unresponsive. I've been experiencing a technical error for two weeks that's causing me to lose sales: the platform treats Puerto Rico as international, showing exorbitant shipping costs with DHL that I didn't configure. This discourages my customers. The most frustrating thing is the total silence from support. Not even a simple "we're sorry" after 15 days. I demand a solution, not special treatment, but the kind that any user whose tool fails deserves.

I can't give you account information. Samsung phone. Tried to make an account using my phone number. It sent a verification code. Copied and pasted. Got invalid code. Tried again. They sent the code again. This time I typed the code in. It's still invalid. So never mind.

deceptive marketing - app uses AI generated sob stories and passes them off as real experiences to advertise the app. i find that incredibly disgusting

Is the only craft on there crochet for goodness sake! It is just too annoying to find in other groups that it is still 70% crochet items. And I do crochet!

i was excited to create an account and see what the hype was about, but i couldn't get past putting in my information. As soon as i would enter my email and password, it told me my email is already registered when it was a brand new email address. i tried about 6 different times and gave up

the app was great but now nothing will load on it so I dont know what to do, I can't even get to the bot to ask for help.

got my account suspended, and I don't know why. I am unhappy about how I tried to get my daily pattern and find out I'm locked out. VERY UNHAPPY!!!!
