Slowest app on the planet. Horrible customer experience. Home Depot do better. Customers like to check in store availability before heading in and your app makes that a miserable thing to do. I give up and move over to Lowe's or Ace who have a much better app experience where I can confirm in store stock without wasting 15 minutes just getting an app to respond appropriately.

Server-side lag makes the app glitchy and nearly useless. Tap on something and it MIGHT load. Good luck.

I love Home Depot but your app needs help severely. Very slow inputs, every gesture warrants a buffer time, recommended purchase grouping items are often direct copies of the product in viewing. From the armchair expert perspective it seems a lot of optimization is needed to give a better user experience.

Super slow. They ruined it. 7 months - now Oct 2025- and multiple updates later, the app is still the worst I've ever used from a Fortune 500 company. Why can't HD address the latency and performance issues? It's long overdue for HD to fire their current team of developers and have some new folks who actually know what they're doing build (or fix) this app.

the home depot app is the worst. It's extremely glitchy and slow. I'd hate to be at a work site trying to use this garbage app.
