DO NOT BUY from this company. They are cheater. Bought the Budapest Card and top collect at Ibis Airport Hotel but counter staff said they do not have it. I was told to buy bus ticket to center to pick up from another location. Paid extra β¬6 for ticket and guess what? They too don't have the card. The staff at the hotel told us to write in for full cancellation refund but till now, there's no reply. This is too ridiculous especially for a tourist card by an authorized distributor!!

They cancel paid tickets and not return full amount. It does not show the number of available seats. I could say, fraudulent app.

The review is not about the app itself but the company behind it. I had to change the dates of my trip due to a nation-wide strike therefore, I wanted to reschedule my ticket to the Vatican museum. What I was told by their support team is that the ticket cannot be neither rescheduled nor cancelled even if I paid a fee. I find it ridiculous that such a company hasn't considered that these options should be available for the customers which by the way are mentioned as available in their Q&A page.

it's worth getting the ticket, for all types of public travel, with the added benefit of the numerous free sites that one can enter or get a discount with the card. suggest you book it online first, then reclaim the actual cards at the airport... our other places in the city
