Shopping bag never loads! I can add items to my cart, but when I go to purchase them, it just spins and spins. I've even tried logging out of the app and logging back in, and even deleting the app and reloading. nothing works!

The app doesn't work. It just sits there spinning when you try to go into an item. I've been trying to make an order for 2 days and I've given up and have gone elsewhere. Fix your stuff Torrid, between that and the slow delivery, makes it no longer worth the headache!

I generally like the app, super convenient. However, bugs happen often enough that I only buy a handful of items at a time.

So many errors. Torrid cash works one minute, then not the next. Payment system charged my card then said my order didn't go through. Then would only give me "try again later" messages. The payment was refunded but it took hours. This app is just a glitchy mess.

Iβve loved Torrid for years, but the app is always glitchy. It lags after 15 minutes, takes forever to add items to favorites, and constantly shows a βhook execution error.β Also, the recent clothing reviews are disappointing, with poor quality and inconsistent sizing. My pre-COVID Torrid clothes have lasted longer than anything new. Sad to see Torrid becoming what they promised they wouldnβt.
