it locks you out and after you sign in and clicks keep me signed in and when you enter your password it tells you what's wrong then you have to create a new password and it tells you it's wrong as you're trying to create it entering the right amount of characters and symbols and capitalizations and customer support can barely speak English

Data runs out fast making you buy more data. Tracfone just blames it on apps that you're using so they don't admit their services suck. Auto-pay ends up getting canceled suddenly with no warning, all you do is get a text that your Auto-pay has been canceled.They also promote "Free Service for a Year", yet it only last for less than a month, you cannot make anymore calls or text.Tracfone has been advertising fake ads and has not been very professional over the phone. Get another service provider.
