Oct 11,'25:New SS cell-awful chat experience-set up not complete before she/it hung up. No call in/out. May'25:Transferred content to new cell then couldn't call out or text.Automated thing said 4 diff times, it was activated. Finally pressed CHAT in app & got a great CS rep (Rinaly) who helped. He thoroughly checked out my phone & Activated it, as it wasn't. He gave very detailed instructions to follow while he waited for me to complete. Been a TF customer for years & am so grateful. Thank you.

When I bought my first Tracfone I loved it, especially because I didn't have a monthly bill. Just pay for a year of service. and what I didn't use would carryover. I wasted so much money with a different company, having to pay monthly, and then lost the minutes I paid for if I didn't use them in 30 days. Now that Verizon has taken over, I have had so many problems, losing data I pay for, getting so much junk mail. Once I find a phone company I can trust, I'm dropping Tracfone. Not happy.

I like how trackphone is the parent company to safelink wireless because I can add "tracfone air time " cards to it. πŸ”Ÿ-πŸ”Ÿ-2️⃣0️⃣2️⃣5️⃣

app was working flawless now it won't even let me sign in and my widget stopped working

I am now able to sign in, eventually, but it generates an XML error in between the password screen on the website and the app itself saying something about a missing element.
