1. Take a quick assessment to get your first free workout plan.
2. Add your mobile number to connect with your coach for accountability nudges via SMS.
3. While your coach finalizes your program, start right away: log meals, take a weigh-in or progress photo, or try out the free 7 workouts in the Trainest Plus library.
4. When your program arrives, follow your workouts and keep logging to see steady progress.

When you’re ready, upgrade in-app:

Trainest is free to download. Some features require Trainest Plus or Trainest Premium (optional, paid). Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings. Prices are displayed in the app and may include applicable taxes.
