this app has always been difficult but since recent updates has lost features. And the AI bot is useless, sends you in circles without addressing your primary question. There is no path that can seem to get you to a real person, trying the help and support buttons gets me to dead ends

How the hell do you make the punch in app not even load for minutes on end. Absolutely awful, the netcode must be vibecoded or something this is hot dogwater.
