The app is good overall. The vision of it is amazing. But unfortunately everytime I try to upload a branding picture or open something in the education section it doesn't allow me to, saying that I didn't allow access to storage when I checked multiple times that I did.

The app is good, well thought out and easy to use. But their support is basically non-existent. I have reached out to their support several times and can never get past the awful chatbot to speak with an actual person.

I purchased the yearly pro plan in August 2025. We are in October 2025, 2 months in, during busy season and I no longer have the unlimited galleries function, as the website is now saying I am on the free plan and have maxed out my galleries. The only way to add more galleries is to pay again to upgrade. I reached out through the app for support hours ago and was told someone would be right with me. Again, I lost my 1 year subscription features 2 months in, and no one will assist.

Update(4): Unscripted has been in touch and shared a willingness to support in figuring things out. Will follow-up Scammers Are Allowed to Operate Here β No Real Protection for Customers (1) Iβm deeply disappointed that this app allows scammers to operate freely with no real recourse for customers. I hired a photographer through this platform β LaBella Luna Photographyβ and after making payment, she failed to deliver the services promised and stopped communicating. Reached out to the app

After downloading this app for 1 week, this app that I never got to actually use charged me over $200. After I realized what happened and reached out to the company for a refund, they failed on refunding me back even though it was an honest misunderstanding on my part and I deleted the app, my account, and reached out immediately. If you do not plan on using their services often, do not bother with the app. Their customer service is clearly not up to par, and you will not get your refund.

I am obsessed, I recently had a bride reach out to me from 2023, she lost her wedding photos when she moved. she wanted to know by chance if I still have them, the only reason I did still have them is because of the unscripted galleries. thank you so much she was so happy. I really hope you guys continue to grow your app and continue to keep it amazing. my one and only request is can you please offer prints in galleries! this is the only thing that you guys don't have. thank you

Living for this app! Good thing I invested on the lifetime subscription π Update: With all the app updates the past couple of years, I can say it's worth it. I finally moved out of Honeybook and Pixieset. I love all the email templates and the client portal layout.
