advertised as free, but now you have to have a subscription! I've been using these cameras since July 2023 and have been able to review the basic recorded videos. now, overnight, I cannot view ANY videos unless I BUY the subscription to do so. that was an out of the blue switch. they want you to pay almost $5 a month PER camera. I have several, so that's going to be a NO and a pass from me!

Corporate Greed. Just another company that makes you pay for a subscription to get the features to work on the device you already own. I get paying for cloud storage, but I'm not paying to use basic features on the device I already own. Vikohome makes the app not the cameras. Don't buy cameras that use the Vikohome app. Boycott greedy practices whenever you can. Don't use the Vikohome app.

clean UI, but so many little annoyances. Downloading a file gives it a long string of random incoherent digits and letters. Can't star multiple files at once. And other annoying things.
