I am having a hard time signing in to my account (so that I can set it up)! It is not accepting my password for some reason. I have contacted customer service twice through email; however, I have not received a response yet!

This has been a very bad experience. I have accepted jobs through this app only not to get paid! DO NOT DOWNLOAD LOAD THIS APP AND DO JOBS UNLESS YOU DON'T WANT TO GET PAID. update: it took over a month and several emails for me to get my money. But I did get it. that's the only complaint that I had with this app. Being I did get paid I will continue to use this app to accept jobs.

Wayfair Pro can earn you a little extra money, but that βlittleβ is emphasized. I completed 19 jobsβsome smooth, others time-consuming. You must grab jobs fast since they disappear in seconds. Originally, customers had to place items in the desired room, but a new policy required Pros to move boxes for the same pay. After declining to do extra work for free, I stopped receiving job offers and later learned my account was removed for not following the new policy. Its not worth it in my opinion.

completed a job last week never showed I even did the job on my end and I constantly get pitiful actions in the background while the app is open for jobs but kne appea! support is useless they prefer you email which takes longer than just calling to get a rubbish response! don't quit your day job Wayfair is Gayfair!
