Very disappointing experience. I received an official message from the airline saying that my flight from Rome to Barcelona was delayed from 7:00 to 9:00. I came to the airport according to that message, but when I arrived, I was told that check-in had already closed β€” even though the delay notice came from the company itself. The staff refused to take responsibility or offer any real assistance. It’s unacceptable for an airline to mislead passengers and then deny responsibility for their own .

people moan about wizz but it is a economy carrier but in about 20 flights apart from Luton fire I have never had a problem
