This is such a great resource when trying to lose weight. There are no pills, or fancy recipes. Eat the food you already eat, just be smart about how you do that. This has helped me drop 10 pounds in about 2 weeks and I really haven't changed much.

This program is unlike anything I have ever tried! And you know I've tried EVERYTHING and ANYTHING! Calories do not need to be counted. Let me say that again. Calories do not need to be counted. I am learning how to use my own body to my eating advantage. And, that's HUGE!
