One of the best yoga apps. So many customizations possible to get your practice. And you get so many other apps in your subscription incl meditation, HIIT workouts, etc

This app and the beginning down dog app, have taught me enough basic moves to be confident enough to think about joining a class. Only feedback could be a section explaining what muscles should be pulling when doing them, just so you know you are doing It correctly as I do wonder sometimes. Many thanks for creating this app

An excellent app that I use along side in person classes. it taught me the basics when I didn't have the knowledge for classes. I recommend this to every beginner.

I have a condition where if I lift weights with my hand or bend my elbow I damage my elbow nerve. So I can't do pushups, elbow planks, no moves bending the elbow, etc. Could you help? Edit: Maybe you could use AI? If it helps pretend I have no arms?
