ordered rodz frames and my prescription about a month ago says it is being held up do to counterfeit mailing and still have received anything and they did another order to replace it and the tracking details is the same as the first order so probably not gonna get my glasses worst place to get glasses do not get glasses from here unless you like waiting 2 months for them

I commented a good review on zeelool but now I'm going to do a bad review it's been a month that I haven't received my glasses! I kept getting the run around about not to worry I would get them when I did not and they could of just replaced them and now I'm waiting again and it's going to be late again passed 5-9 business days. Then I called to talk to them had me waiting for about 20 mins just for them to say they can't answer right now try later?! Ridiculous!! 10/10/25 no glasses and no refund

Having order issues. I've contacted Zeelool and I finally got my money back from the order after going back and forth for 2 weeks. I Just found out on 9/10/25 that my second package has been seized, I ordered them 2 days apart. I definitely will not be ordering from this company again.

you pay over $6 for shipping and it still takes over 2 weeks for your glasses to arrive. customer service takes days to respond and beware you won't get a full refund !!! you will only get refunded the cost of the glasses ONLY and you have to pay to ship it back to them. π€£
