the app gives your daily scores but doesn't tell you what you can do to make the score higher. there is mastery as in learning more of the background of the science behind it but that's very short.

This all has significantly helped me with being more conscious of the foods I am eating and snacking on. Although everything may not be totally accurate at times, it's really nice to be mindful of my food choices.

using the Zoe app is a little like using a fitness app whether it is totally accurate or not it the act of logging and scoring your food prompts you to make healthier choices

Great in theary, waste of time when the app doesn't work months in, no matter how many of us have reported this in, hasn't changed while being charged the same. Customer service is appalling............

I love my Zoe app. it keeps me updated on the science of nutrition thereby improving my aging. I'll be 80 in December, and I'm still going strong.

After more updates, it seems buggier than ever - and it's not terribly accurate. it thought my risotto was meatloaf, and it often gives different calorie estimates to the same dishes and amounts. There's no long-term history to track trends or improvements, and it doesn't really tell you how you're doing on polyphenols or fermented foods. I tried it for a few months, but sadly, it's just not that good.

irritating and not particularly informative. I've been charged for returning their test kit which I cancelled before they sent it out. their email bot is even more irritating than the app. I wanted recipe ideas but you have to ask the bot. there isn't a list of them anywhere. it doesn't connect to Garmin. after cancelling I haven't been asked for feedback so not sure it will get better. I'm reporting this from a UK point of view might be targeted to an American audience

Gave up trying to input blood tests as every time I toggled to the NHS app to get them this app decided to play snakes and ladders and go back to the beginning. No obvious way of repeating meals without taking another photograph. Not much use when batch cooking. Already becoming a chore to remember to have the phone on hand at mealtimes.
