absolutely ridiculous that we have to download an app to show tickets that we purchased. You only want us to download an app to steal our data and seek it- and make it look like you're gaining tons of customers to your shareholders.

This app sucks. It's impossible to get tickets. Bring back ticketmaster, at least that app worked

Why does this app need my location data all the time. Why do I need this app at all? Why can't I just print my tickets like a I used to. Will be boycotting all your venues. Axs is toxic to the music industry. A blight.

I'm using a samsung galaxy s25 ultra. I cannot select the "purchase tickets" button on either the app or chrome browser. the bottom footer of the purchase total covers the button to confirm the purchase. the scroll window does not go "down" far enough.

I'm pretty convinced a 3 year old made this app. it has absolutely the worst user interface ever. try to log in? nope sorry you're a bot. try to buy tickets? nope sorry something went wrong. try to transfer tickets to a friend? nope sorry won't work. absolute trash all around. with all the "service fees" lining their big wigs pockets you think they could actually create an app and website that work more than 1% of the time.
