got tickets to a concert, got to the show and the app would not open the tickets. missed the concert. got back to the hotel open the app on my tablet and it works fine. thanks for nothing. thanks for responding, but weeks after the event does not help. No support the night of the concert. you could not get into the concert with the app. cannot open the tickets with the app. got back to the hotel and it opened fine on the tablet. very disappointed. no contact from customer service, or credit,
