Cashback reward redemptions are not streamlined. Other than that, it's a normal credit card app. When the 'Statement Balance' is less than the rewards, you cannot redeem the rewards. It's strange! When I asked an earlier question on the app, I received a standard 'copy/paste' answer that was available online as well. Useless Customer Service.

I havent been able to log in for days. I keep getting a message that says "its not you its us" I have bills that are due and nothing is being done.
