they are allowing someone not authorized to make changes to my account. I was told I had to go to Experian and lock credit file to fix it. WTH!! I'll be closing this account Monday.

The only issue I have is when the app updates..I have to re-enter the passwords to all my cards before I can use my fingerprint. This is so frustrating. So now I have enter my password again for all the my card and when I close out the app and go back in I have to do it all over again. ALL I WANT TO DO IS BE ABLE TO USE MY FINGERPRINT TO SIGN INTO MY CARDS.,BUT EVERY TIME THERE IS A error message saying REENTER YOUR PASSWORD AND YOU CAN USE YOUR FINGERPRINT AGAIN. I AN SO OVER THIS. PLEASE FIX.
