The absolute worst experience possible...I received a piece of mail, thought this was capital one because of their rip off of the logo. Since then I've received the card, been charged $95 dollars, not able to use the card, AND THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO ONE I CAN TALK TO ABOUT IT!!!!!! F THIS FAKE *** COMPANY, BEWARE!!!! I WILL SUE DUE TO CREDIT DAMAGE U POS FAKE*** COMPANY!!!

I have been impressed with the protection program. Seeing I'm a seasonal construction worker and things can slow down in the winter...it works out well!

I regret applying for this credit card daily. Takes over a week for any payment to apply to the balance, and customer service is a joke. Do not open any accounts with this bank.
