Scamsters and cheats! I have paid for the subscription and now I am not able to access my account. It is showing as user not found. Edit: The problem still persists. Getting errors after logging in to my account. Edit2: It has been more than a week and I have not received any reply from the epic on team. I am not able to use the app and my money still has not been refunded. Please think twice before buying their subscription. Edit3: i have been cheated by them. no refund and no subscription.

Clear unfair trade practices as you can't subscribe even though you paid for it & worse case, there is a contact no or help option which never responds. such irresponsible conduct.
