As everyone has already mentioned, by the time the app lets you look at the camera whatever action or noise you heard has happened been and gone. And everytime now it's saying it's not responding do you want to wait or close. frustrating

This replaced my old Ring Gen2 doorbell, love the dual camera and local storage option...no looking back. If you're considering the wired option verify that your transformer meets the requirements.

I'm so disappointed with the Eufy doorbell camera and the eufy app. The battery was at 9% just by 9 days of use, and now the app doesn't load properly at all. I thought that maybe coz my wifi is slow, the camera was using up a lot of battery and at least I was able to see the live view. Now the app sometimes doesn't load at all and other times takes like 15 mins or so. It just depends on my luck whether it will load or not. This doorbell camera and the app has become essentially useless.

All the previous issue remain, now it rings when no one is there and constant alert for human detected when nothing Original: It takes too long to open the app, make a lite version without the shop, this is supposed to be a security app and it takes 30 seconds just to open it and another 30 to see what's going on. The camera also only detects things when they are 10 feet away, unless it's a city bus. I've been using this for a little over a year, as it is now, I'll likely be going back to Ring.

It's not very user friendly. The camera will identify a human, but won't let me assign that identified human to someone in my saved list. How else will it start recognizing people better if I can't tell it who it identified. It's such a hassle to figure where to go to do this.
