great lock.....downside is you have to enter the code every time to lock the door.

App update has broken the cameras. Takes forever to connect to the cameras if they connect at all. All of mine show as offline despite working perfectly fine before. Edit: 2 months later and STILL BROKEN! Even after Anker replies to all the reviews saying they will fix it. NEVER BUY ANKER OR EUFY.

Well the update that was promised to clear up the mess of the current app came and went and nothing has improved! Still missing the battery percentage that had been a useful feature but for months had disappeared and despite CS promising it's a "known issue" and that developers would resolve it in this update...guess what? That's correct, it's still missing. It's a shame because the cameras are pretty good quality, but the product is let down badly by the app.

When swiping left or right through the video clips, and clicking on the check or X as to whether the local AI was correct or incorrect in identifying people, cars, etc., you can only scroll through about 5 videos. The app won't let you review any more unless you press the back arrow, which takes you back to all the videos of that day. Hopefully you remembered where you left off, otherwise you end up skipping videos or rewatching videos. If you do watch more than 5, the app lags, then freezes.

app has been super buggy, takes forever to pull up the history or to even see who is at the door. sometimes I dont even get the notifications.
