Needs a very easily understood "vacation mode" interface for stopping deliveries while traveling.

The only use of this service is to give a more specific time frame for receiving a delivery which is pointless when everything you order from anywhere gives you a tracking number. This service should not be $50 a month especially when not everyone shops online. I was forced to pay for this service due to my lease agreement. You still have to pay 2 delivery fees, one for the item and one to fetch. This is stupid and should not be forced on me by my leasing office who wont let you opt out.

Honestly I'm forced to use them. I wish I wasn't. Slow, unfriendly staff, costing extra money for no reason. awful. run!

app won't even allow you to change the delivery time after the updates which is frustrating! Now it doesn't even give you options to cancel the delivery for next day bec the app selection is pushed all the way down! also, they've delivered my packages to the wrong address several times which is way more frustrating especially for a service that you are paying for!! FIX YOUR APP and make it work!!!

This is the opposite of helpful for me. We've turned a tax payer service, into a less useful. Not even more hours, paid service. This is stupid & it's been nothing but an issue for myself. I've had multiple issues receiving packages.... that's literally the only service that you provide, how could you mess it up, repeatedly??

full of scam. they open your package, not deliver them, and make up stories about that "attempting"delivery but no one was around to receive your package when in truth they never came.
