I cannot stress enough how this whole business model doesn't make any sense. 1. If I need to send something from point A to Point B, why do I need to introduce Point C. Doing so not only delays my package, it reduces the warranty on my products. (Fetch lies about covering for damages but they don't!) 2. Some of my food orders get damaged and stale when they go through this extended process of shipping. Fetch doesn't accept it and my apartment says it's not going to be accepted here. ... contd.

support doesn't respond back even though it says text us here. everything is done by AI. their company hires definitely not vetted employees as I once saw a family and the daughter was kicking the package across the floor. meanwhile, the mother was dragging a Amazon bag across the floor with packages. at least provide your employees with carts or something
