installed several esims for the trip. it is the most reliable and easiest to set and tracing the usages.

The app is fine but the service sucks. On my phone, the plan never worked once the plan was activated. I spent hours with support and still couldn't get it to work. On my wife's phone, the plan worked but it burnt through 1gig in 30min. We were simply using apple car play. We had enough and switched to the competitor and things worked so much better. Both of our phones worked immediately. We used less than 1gig in the 2 days that we were traveling.

I bought the sim onboard EK, while traveling to the USA. did not work at all. the page is not loading for me to set up the account very disappointed. I will not recommend it to anyone. 👎

The setup was fairly straightforward and they had a responsive help support chat feature. Not sure on the quality of the data roaming yet, as it will be another month before I get to try it out.

the customer service is brilliant! we are traveling the world and constantly changing counties. some phones are a bit more difficult to set up, but the team is always responsive quickly for fixes.

The options are horrible now. The lowest you could get is 10 GB for 3 days. Who uses that much in 3 days?
