Pricing used to be very competitive. However, over the past year, they have raised prices exorbitantly. There is just no incentive to use it as connection isn't stable sometimes too. Also, with other companies (Airalo, eSIM) offering better pricing structure for global plans, there just isn't a good reason to use

Thought I would give this roaming app a try as there are promotions through my cc. After signing up, I cannot even get past the card verification stage to redeem the promos as it keeps crashing/shutting down. Customer service said to uninstall and reinstall...same issue. They then said the promos would be there pending approval. Still nothing. Dissapointing that you cannot even get to use this promotional through your cc as you can't even get past the verify stage.
