I like that you can personalise a lot in this app, there is so much to choose from and adjust to your needs, BUT it is 1. not for beginners, even Level 1 has hard and complicated exercises, and 2. the fact there is literally no repetition of exercises makes it chaotic and very fast paced.

You have to experience yourself. An excellent workout from the first time I used it.
