Worst customer service in the whole planet. no phone number to call. they charged my car three times. you can chat with AI or you can bag to chat with a real human. it said the wait time should be about 2 minutes. an hour later still crickets. and this is done by design. they just hope they can take your money and let you cry about it and tell you forget it. Google: what is the Damned zero star everyone has been asking about.

Last several times I've requested a Lydt they have increased the price of my ride. They did not inform me of this, just say my credit card charged. Untrustworthy company.

very dissapointed with the fact that you never find a driver at 5 in the morning, maybe you should A: Hire more drivers and B: PAY THEM BETTER, i am sick and tired of waiting nearly 20 minutes to get a driver, And STOP MAKING A 15 MINUTE RIDE WORTH $40, YOU ARE ASKING FOR WAY TOO MUCH AND BEING WAY TOO CRYPTIC WITH RESPONSES TO OUR DRIVER AND RIDER RATINGS

I can't sign up with the app at all. It keeps me stuck in a loop saying that my phone number belongs to someone else's account.

price lock your ride. but only 50 bucks of saving for the month. so if you ride to work daily, you will max out quick. ridiculous af.

Lyft is a disgusting and they need to do better the app sucks too! They dont pick you up where you are and it's very unsafe for women. DO NOT USE!!

Lyft is awful (choose Uber)(how you are treated as a consumer matters). How a company handles the small stuff matters. It's impossible to get real customer service. Chat bot supporting is laughable.
