Put in a request for a pick up. Said they couldn't find a driver in my area. Then stated come back later and price went from $31 to $110.

the app notifications come in too late resulting in me paying more money because when the app says a driver arrived I only have 2 minutes to get outside and I'm already on the 12th floor. the wait time used to be 5 minutes but I can't tell if that's a fact when the app lets me know when the driver just got to my location as well as the driver getting ready to leave after the app says "your driver arrived". if I'm paying 30 dollars a day for a ride I didn't even enter how am I supposed to feel?

I will say this I scheduled a Lyft yesterday the Lyft driver called me I told them I'll be out in about 2 minutes, as I was about to come outside why did he pull off? That happened again at 7:00 this happened twice in the same day. I will not use this company again. It's a great way to cheat people out of their money with the cancellation fees. Why call the person to tell them you outside just to pull off as they are coming out? Then charge me for the cancellation fee and still take my fare 💰

Trash. Took my money from my account and then got kicked from the app. I went back into the app and there is no record of my ride coming. So now I'm paying extra for their competitor to come get me with no refund. Trash.
